Itly.com is the place to discover talent, design and craftsmanship. We are a network of Italian designers and craftsmen that want to share our unique Made in Italy products with you!

Our products come exclusively from a handpicked selection of Italian artisans and designers. We are careful in our selection process to offer you only the most quality products from Italy.

Where does Itly.com ship?

Currently we ship directly to the United States. We will be able to offer worldwide shipping to all of our customers very soon. Stay tuned! In the meanwhile, if you require international shipping, please contact us and we will accommodate your request to the best of our ability.


How can I change my account password and/or email address associated with my account?

You can change your password or email address at anytime by accessing your account settings.

How do I manage my email preferences?

Select the "Email Preferences" tab in your Profile settings to select which email you wish to receive.

How long can I keep items in my shopping cart?

Any items you add to your shopping cart will remain there until you finish checkout or remove them manually.

Where can I find the items that I’ve added to my Wishlist?

The Wishlist section can be found by logging into your account and accessing the main menu.

How safe is my personal information?

Your safety and privacy is our biggest concern. We will never sell or share your personal information with third-party marketers. Be sure to visit our Privacy Policy page for more information.


When will I be charged for my order?

You will only be charged once your order has shipped. When you place an order, we’ll process an authorization for the full amount. This process only reserves the amount for when we do ship, without actually taking the funds you’re your account. Once your order ships, we will make the charge complete

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most products are ready to ship immediately and will arrive according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Certain products are custom made and will require additional time for delivery. Check the product’s shipping information to know exactly when your order will ship.

How can I check the status of my order?

Your can check the status of your order in the View Orders section of the website. We will also update you regularly via email.

What payment options are available?

All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) and PayPal are accepted as payment.


What different shipping options are available?

We currently offer two shipping methods:
Standard (usually 7-9 business days) and Express (usually 3-4 business days) Please pay attention to the actual product’s description, as some custom-made products may require additional time for production.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has shipped, you can track your package in the View Orders section. We will also send you the tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

What if I want to send a gift?

That’s a great idea! Simply tick the Gift option during checkout and we will be sure that the packing slip doesn’t include the gift’s price.


What is Itly.com return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Itly.com order. If there is an issue with your purchase, our dedicated customer service staff will do everything to help make things right.
